Come Go With Me to Senegal and The Gambia

This manuscript began as a series of emails I wrote at telecenters in Dakar, Senegal and Banjul, The Gambia in 2003. I emailed my friends and family back in the United States daily about my experiences while on my first trip to Africa. I received tremendous feedback. My cousin Jaymi said, “You must turn this into a book.”

So I did.

This book is for all those bored souls, particularly graduate students and mothers of young children who long for an exciting life. Be careful what you wish for, you might get it and a whole lot more than you wanted.
